Welcome to Flow by Bella! In my studio in Saarbrücken, I offer a diverse range of courses including yoga, Pilates, barre, and reformer training.

My goal is to provide you with better body awareness and well-being through movement. As an experienced physiotherapist and trained yoga and Pilates instructor, I am happy to share my knowledge and passion for movement with you. Together, we build a community characterized by joy of movement.
