I am Stephan – teacher, therapist, sound artist and companion. In my yoga and sound therapy offerings in Cologne and the Eifel, I combine ancient yoga knowledge with intuitive sound work and modern psychotherapy.

I offer you a protected, trauma-sensitive space where you can deeply relax at your own pace, allow inner processes, and initiate healing changes. Whether in groups, individual sessions, or retreats – I accompany you with empathy, humor, and clarity.

My goal is to strengthen your self-awareness and self-healing powers, activate your resources, and reconnect you with your vitality. You are allowed to be – in silence, in sound, in the present.
