Reiki Seminar First Degree

The first Reiki degree focuses primarily on self-treatment. You take the first steps of truly getting to know yourself and your personal consciousness development.

You engage with your own body and your own behaviour in society. Through this, you understand the connections between body and mind and learn to perceive the messages your body sends you.

After all, it's not without reason that we say "I'm fed up" or "I can't take it anymore". In this way, you enter into conscious, targeted self-reflection and through self-treatment, you set your self-healing powers in motion.
