The transmission of knowledge and the Reiki symbols as well as the initiation into the Reiki master level are carried out according to the tradition of the Usui system, see also here. Dagmar Schneider-Damm also offers, in connection with the master initiation or afterwards, the training to become a Reiki teacher. The teacher training is also based on the transmission and tradition of the Usui system.

- Introduction to Reiki III and mastery
- Presentation of the master symbol
- Practice of the master symbol
- Application of the master symbol for self-treatment and treatment of others
- Initiation into the energy
Day 2:
- Application of the master symbol for mental and distant treatment
- Practice of all three application areas of Reiki
- Explanations of the application spectrum in everyday life and in therapeutic practice
