My name is Pia and I am a mother of two children. As a yoga teacher, pelvic floor coach, and women’s empowerment coach, women\'s health at all stages of life is especially close to my heart. Based on my own experiences with imbalances, I use my knowledge to help women better understand and appreciate their bodies. This supports them in bringing more balance into their everyday lives.
