I am Lisa Schuster – doctor, sound therapist, yoga teacher, and founder of the Sound Medicine Institute Germany. My journey has taken me from classical medicine through bodybuilding to the realization: healing begins from within – with sound.

Today, I accompany people with crystal singing bowls, breathwork, and meditation on their holistic journey to health and self-connection. With my brand AkashaBowls® and certified sound courses, I combine science with sound art.
