Kerstin Brentrop – Sound Massage & Relaxation Training

I am Kerstin – Relaxation Coach, Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner, and Sound Expert for Dementia. After a personal health crisis, I learned how important regular breaks are – and today I accompany people with heart on their journey to more serenity and joy in life.

In my offerings, I combine sound massages with methods such as Autogenic Training, breathing exercises, and fantasy journeys. The sound massage works holistically: it releases tensions, calms the mind, and activates the self-healing powers. I especially enjoy working with seniors – empathetically, individually, and with much joy.
