Katrin Plaschna – Nia Teacher & Sound Massage Practitioner

I am Katrin, born in Berlin, with a heart full of rhythm and a passion for holistic movement. After initial dance steps in hip-hop and Japanese drumming, I found my calling in Nia: a movement-oriented concept that connects body, mind, and soul – full of music, joy of life, and mindfulness. Since 2011, I have been accompanying people on this path, very individually, very in the now.

With the sound massage by Peter Hess, another magic entered my life. The vibrations of the singing bowls invite you to experience deep relaxation and listen to your body. Whether movement or stillness – here, you are allowed to rediscover yourself.
