I am Irina Sterna – Sound Artist, Reiki Master, Breathwork Trainer, and Founder of the Alchemy Sound Studio in Munich. My journey to sound healing began with my own recovery – today I help people find their inner balance again through crystal sounds, breathwork, and touch. In my 1:1 sessions and training courses, I combine crystal singing bowls, Reiki, and breathwork into a deep, transformative experience. My heart pieces are Alchemy Crystal Bowls – aesthetic, powerful, healing. Whether sound baths, training courses, or individual bowl curation – I create a space for your reconnection, wholeness, and beauty.
