I am Ingrid and I guide you with sound, voice, silence, and mindful methods such as Focusing, EFT, and sound massage into your own center. Sound is a healing space for me – free from judgment, rich in resonance. Whether with singing bowls, tuning forks, or the Körpertambura – my offerings lead you back to your inner knowledge, relaxation, clarity, and new zest for life. I work with people who want more than just to function: those who want to listen inward, seek orientation in change or crisis, and want to meet themselves more deeply.
