I am David J. Woods – Therapist, Trainer and Success Coach. For over 30 years, I have been helping people overcome blockages with my unique method, Active Hypnosis, and lead a freer, happier life.

My journey began early: In my childhood in England, I was fascinated by the power of the subconscious mind. After studying psychology and physiotherapy, I deepened my knowledge through international hypnosis training courses. Today, I am a certified hypnosis trainer and teach my method in Germany and Switzerland.

My Active Hypnosis is clearly distinguished from stage hypnosis. It is based on modern psychology and neuroscientific findings. In my sessions, you remain attentive and retain control at all times – it is about targeted change and personal freedom.
