Conny Paleschke – Sound Massage & Yoga

I am Conny – Certified Social Educator, Peter-Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner, and Certified Yoga Teacher. For over 25 years, I have been guiding people through relaxation processes – mindful, loving, and individualized. My heart beats for holistic approaches where body, mind, and soul can come into harmony.

In my sound massages, I bring the body into soothing vibrations with gently struck singing bowls. You are allowed to let go, regenerate, and reconnect with yourself. Workshops with Yin and Vini Yoga, sound meditations, or theme evenings like "Women’s Magic" invite you to relax with all your senses and find your own strength.
