I accompany you on your journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery – with childbirth preparation courses, postpartum empowerment, baby massage, and pregnancy gymnastics. My goal is to give you confidence in your body and to prepare you ideally for childbirth and the time afterwards.

In my courses in Renningen and Calw-Stammheim, you will learn how to actively participate in the birth, strengthen your pelvic floor, and build a close bond with your baby. Most courses are covered by health insurance.
