Yoga & Yoga Therapy in Bern

In my yoga studio Yoga erleben in Bern, you will find a personal atmosphere. I am a qualified yoga teacher and yoga therapist SYV as well as an adult educator with a federal diploma (SVEB 2).

My journey began in the Iyengar style. During my training, I discovered further styles, teachers and philosophies, and deepened my yoga and meditation practice in Burma and India. In yoga I found peace and contemplation - and the opportunity to consciously experience and feel my physicality. Today I practise and teach a blend of Kundalini yoga and integral yoga.

I have been teaching since 2005. It is important to me to offer a targeted and conscious yoga practice that promotes your physical and mental wellbeing. My training comprises over 1200 hours as a yoga teacher and over 280 hours as a yoga therapist; I continue my education annually at Yoga University Villeret.
