I am Sabine – a deceleration mentor, mindfulness trainer, and sound practitioner with heart. After years in performance mode and a profound turning point in my life, I set out to slow down the pace – and today I accompany people on their way to more calmness, clarity, and inner peace.

In my practice schritt-tempo, I work with sound bowl massages according to Peter Hess – a healing method that deeply touches body, mind, and soul. The vibration of the singing bowls releases blockages, sets your inner water in motion, and grants you a completely new perception of your body.
