Trance Healing is a spiritual healing technique where sacred energies from the spiritual world are transmitted through me to release blockages and harmonize the energy field. This form of energy healing supports the body in activating its self-healing powers and is particularly suitable for emotional, mental, and physical stress.
Effects: Trance Healing brings the energy system into balance, elevates personal vibration, supports spiritual growth, transformation processes, and enhances well-being. It has a cleansing effect down to the cellular level. It can dissolve energetic entanglements related to old stories, people, and experiences across space and time that hinder personal development. For physical, emotional, and mental suffering, Trance Healing can be used to identify the root causes and allow healing impulses to flow in and resolve issues.
Process: The process begins with a brief preliminary conversation. You then enter a state of relaxation, either on-site or remotely. During this phase, I open myself to energies from the spiritual world and let them flow to you. You do not need to do anything actively except to open yourself to the healing and to be receptive. The session ends with a follow-up discussion (on-site, voice message, or phone), where you receive individual impulses and guidance for your further path.

I am Eveline Immersi, expert in medial and sensitive energy work (energy reading, energy hygiene, trance healing and spiritual coaching and potential development), which is designed to help you achieve deep happiness in your innermost being, healing, awareness of yourself as a multidimensional being and the discovery of your own spiritual and human abilities. Together we find the blind spots and blockages in your system in order to transform them and bring them into flow.
As a cold coach, I support you in 1:1 coaching sessions and courses with ice bathing / cold bathing to break through your comfort zone and unfold your very own physical, mental, energetic and spiritual potential. The effect of cold is fascinating and leads to holistic wellbeing, better health, stronger immune system, improved stress competence and more vitality, feelings of happiness and energy.
The energy coaching sessions can also take place in the forest, combined with mindful and decelerating elements from forest bathing / Shinrin Yoku (stress management and relaxation method IN and WITH nature for maintaining the health of body, mind & soul). Immersing in the healing forest atmosphere brings us into mental and inner stillness, lets us land in the here and now, brings us to wonder and connects us on a deep level with ourselves and nature. It is opening a door to new experiences and holistic regeneration.
