Breathwork Sessions Switzerland – Breath Meditation

Workshop with Joe Taugwalder, Breathwork Facilitator and Meditation Leader at the Akademie für Achtsamkeit und Resilienz. Our Breathwork sessions in Lenzburg and Aarau offer intensive breath meditations that help reduce stress, expand awareness, and release emotional and physical blockages. Each session has a specific theme and lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. No prior knowledge is required, but one should be physically and mentally healthy.
