The focus of the Yoga & Fasting Retreat is the holistic connection of body, mind, and soul. Together we delve deeply into the world of yoga. Daily yoga classes of various styles are held, which also include meditation, breathing exercises, and mantras. We fast with herbal teas, in the morning with a smoothie, and in the evening with vegetable soup. Dr. Ruediger Dahlke accompanies the Yoga & Fasting week with his fasting lectures and provides space for individual questions. There is also time for yourself to explore the surroundings of TamanGa, enjoy massages and wellness, meet like-minded people, or simply let your soul swing peacefully in our beautiful swings.
